David Carchidi
David has worked in the Property Management Industry for over 16 years, as a Leasing Consultant, Community Manager, Marketing Director, and finally as a successful owner of APTS. David has produced many top professionals in multi-family housing throughout California and Arizona. He is a NAA National Apartment Leasing Professional instructor as well as a facilitator for Sales and Marketing Magic Brainstorming Sessions. David was awarded the 2002 Associate Member of the Year Tributes Award from the Arizona Multihousing Association.

John Modlin
John brings to us over 18 years of Property Management experience. He has conducted training seminars for over nine years, and has produced many top leasing consultants for companies such as Con-Am Management, JPI, Alliance, Lincoln, Equity and Fairfield Management. John is very active with the San Diego County Apartment Association and IREM, conducting seminars and serving on various committees. John has served on the SDCAA Board of Directors for over six years. John was the recipient of the Mark of Excellence Awards Presidents Award in 2001 and the Industry Partner of the Year in 2005 for the San Diego County Apartment Association.

Michael Benton
Michael currently has over 14 years of Property Management experience. He spent 8 years with Southern California Housing Development Corp., a Non-Profit Affordable Housing company which recently won Developer Firm of the Year in the Nation at the 2004 Pillars Awards. Michael specializes in Marketing, Leasing and Training and was the recipient for Manager of the Year in 2000 for the Inland Empire. He is certified in Relocation as well as a Facilitator for Sales and Marketing Magic Inc. Michael is an active member of (AAGIE) Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire Michael has been a vital piece to the success of multiple lease-ups and training of on-site employees to supervise company acquisitions.

Rick Goldberg
V.P. of Marketing
Rick has a 20+ year record of accomplishment with experiences overseeing development of sales and marketing for an assortment of companies within the multi-housing industry. As Executive Sales Manager with On-Site.com Rick helped develop the RentalAddress division which specializes in web-based property management solutions for marketing, advertising, leasing and resident retention. Prior to On-Site.com he worked with ResiteOnline.com where he was Western Regional Sales Manager and focused on strategic planning, marketing, sales, and customer service. His start in the multi-family industry came over 20 years ago when he was hired on as an Account Executive with For Rent Magazine. He worked his way into a Regional Sales Director role and eventually into a General Manager role with The Apartment Magazine, where he managed all operations for the Southern California markets.

Lisa Odle
V.P. of Operations – San Diego
Lisa has served the multi-family industry for over 20 years. She has experience in several markets including Orange County, Inland Empire, Denver Metro, and San Diego. She plays an active role with the San Diego County Apartment Association, serving on several committees to help improve the industry in general and the San Diego market in particular. Lisa has served in many roles from On-site Leasing, Marketing and Management, Training, Consultive Marketing, and of course Staffing & Recruitment. She has worked on a diverse portfolio of communities including challenged communities, lease-ups, rehabs, and luxury communities of up to 1200 units. Lisa has gained her experience with companies such as Irvine Apartment Communities, Lincoln, ConAm, Simpson Property Group, and Greystar. This experience provides Lisa with the first hand knowledge she needs to staff your communities with just the right candidate. Lisa is passionate about exposing newcomers to our industry and helping veteran industry people find opportunities that create an environment of success for all involved.

Claudine Kanjo – Yamamoto
V.P. of Operations – Los Angeles / Ventura County
I have 18 years of industry experience so I am well familiar with what your property needs entail. I have experience in all levels of management and have been a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager and Area Manager. I have worked for Goldrich and Kest, Western National Group and RREEF Management and have managed communities from Marina del Rey to Valencia and have an understanding of what youre look for when you need support at your community. I have been in the staffing industry since 2007 and joined APTS in 2009 and I am thrilled to work amongst a team of talented people who also have a background in property management . Starting from the founders of our company, we have all sat behind your desk and we know exactly what you are looking for at your community.
